I have an Alix 3d3 board which is currently gathering dust. I'm looking at rebuilding my systems over the several months. Talking to a few people, I am led to believe that this board will run AllStar. Choice of OS isn't an issue, I'm happy to reinstall from scratch, though the installation medium could be an issue (I don't have a USB CD/DVD drive).
