We've been tracking some performance issues with the registration service and found a number of nodes badgering with IAX registrations for invalid node numbers. These IP's have been black-holed on the servers now so as to not cause the larger issues. Keep in mind these are public IP's, so check if your node isn't registering and then check it's public IP.
