CONVERTING SIIG USB SOUND ADAPTER I was at fry's yesterday and pick up a SIIG CE-S00012-S2 sound adapter. http://www.siig.com/usb-soundwave-7-1.html Its base on the CM102 chipset. Has anyone converted this adapter ? If so, did it work ? and would you please share your notes, parts list and wiring specs. Thanks for your help.... Sal N6SPD Node 28365

What do you hope to do with it? It has audio output only, no audio input. The CM102 does have one GPIO pin. Perhaps it can be used for PTT. You can find the datasheet here: http://www.cmedia.com.tw 73, Andrew ZL3AME
