I spent some time yesterday debugging the registration service on allstarlink.org Except for a few nodes attempting to register with peer IDs like "NODENUMBER" things have stabilized. There are still a number of issues yet to squash overall. Over the long term we will reduce the number of tasks assigned to any one server and provide better redundancy for all services. Please let me know if you have any issues with the registration service. 73, Steve N4IRS -- "No, INAD does not just mean I need a drink"
Node registrations have been rock solid over the last 24 hours! Thank you for Steve for taking the helm and keeping the Allstar ship on a steady course. The thousands of Allstar worldwide users appreciate everything that you are doing as well as your dedication to amateur community! 73, Lawrence N6YFN -----Original Message----- From: app_rpt-users-bounces@ohnosec.org [mailto:app_rpt-users-bounces@ohnosec.org] On Behalf Of Steve Zingman Sent: Wednesday, December 28, 2016 5:52 AM To: app_rpt-users@ohnosec.org Subject: [App_rpt-users] AllStarLink registration service I spent some time yesterday debugging the registration service on allstarlink.org Except for a few nodes attempting to register with peer IDs like "NODENUMBER" things have stabilized.
