My experience is NO. It is reserved on input for internal functions. But that may have changed in the latest ? The method I used years ago was to create a command to regenerate the dtmf string on the output. That is built-in to the app_rpt interface. So you give command *9751 (cmd= ) and that translates to output #1234 dtmf tones on the output. Do that with each needed output. A new command for each. I did create a toy-stanza that would regen whatever you type in so when you unkey it plays them back tx up. If you are good with asterisk.... it's a method. This only works for RF connected systems that are listening to your output. You will have to go to the books on that since I don't remember the command for outputting the dtmf.
