Greetings I use to be able to program my radios with the software i have however for some reason i can no longer do this in Windows 10 and Windows 10 pro anyone have any solutions? I am working on my test bench allstarlink node today..
Loren, The Hamvoip guys claim to be able to do this on a Raspberry Pi using the DosBox software. I have not programmed anything with this yet, but did get the DosBox part running on a Pi-3. My Windows-98 laptop still works, but I want to have another programming option available when it dies. Check out the link below and see if it will work for you. https://hamvoip.org/hamradio/motorola_programming/ Oh, and I think you'll have to load your old programming software on the Pi for that equipment. -Andy PB7B/KB7B Node: 42432 On Dec 9, 2017, at 7:18 PM, Loren Tedford <loren@lorentedford.com> wrote:

I wasn't able to get DOS box to work with the RSS in Windows 10 or even XP. I was getting serial port errors. I ended up installing DOS 6.22 onto a Dell D820 laptop and it works perfectly. Any old laptop with a real serial port should work. 73 Danny K5CG
