Re: [App_rpt-users] Compatible Small(er) Profile Computer for Use with Quad PCI Card
I'm happy with the Foxconn. I got it since ward Mundy recommended it and was known to work with Piaf or incredible pbx. GOt one for our pbx at our synagogue and works great. it's a 4 cpu 1.8 ghz and i think has 4 gb ram and I think they also run on 12volts. Ward Mundy recommended them too and price was right. Of course the BBB and pi derivatives are good choices too. 73 leon On 10/8/2015 8:34 PM, Steve Zingman wrote: John, I'm running a quad card on a NeoWare CA22 see: <http://www.parkytowers.me.uk/thin/neoware/CA22/> I changed out the DOM for a 4G. I'm running DIAL on it. If you can't find one let me know. 73, Steve N4IRS On 10/08/2015 08:24 PM, John wrote: I've been playing with the BeagleBoards and PI computers for a while but I think it's time for me to resurrect my original Quad PCI Card system with a smaller and newer computer. Obviously, the PCI card requirement is a must.... as is not breaking the bank, reasonable size footprint, and relatively low power consumption. Anyone else still running a Quad-Card system? If so, what are some recommended eBay or bargain-basement computers?
