Hi , We are looking for an option of integrating app_rpt with asterisk version 1.8.11 using URI or any other option having four ports. Please help if someone has experience in this. We need to integrate with the radios in following three scenarios : 1. The solution has the following aspects : a. In case user has radios with DTMF keypad he shall be able to dial any extension via radio. b. In case radio does not support DTMF keypad one shall be able to dial to fixed extension using COR output from radio. c. In case radio does not support DTMF keypad or COR output from radio , by sensing the audible energy shall be able to dial to fixed extension. For 1(c) we need the following requirements as well : i)Audio level should be field adjustable. User should be able to increase of decrease audio gain to his satisfaction. ii) Speech should switch instantaneously across Radios with delay of less than 200 m sec. iii) The VOX and VMR feature must also include an adjustable audio sampling so that the radio input received during the time required making a valid signal is not clipped off. iv) The speech spectrum detector should be capable of filtering out fixed/ variable frequency sirens, whistles and horns without falsely activating cross connected radio networks. Solution is complete in case it handles all three scenarios. Please suggest in case you have solution for the same using app_rpt or URI. regards , MD
