Is there configuration PTT timeout setting built into the RTCM? We have an RTCM that was setup for a friend in Idaho to connect back to our system, the other night it was timing out after two minutes and disconnecting when we were playing AR Newline. I looked in the RTCM manual and did not really see anything that jumped out at me. Maybe this is setting that can be changed in the configuration file of the server??? I am not sure where to look. Thanks Marshall - ke6pcv
There is no timeout timer in the RTCM. Timeouts happens just like do with other app_rpt peripherals, in the rpt.conf setting. The exception is duplex=3 will have no timeout at all because the repeat path is through the RTCM (bypassing app_rpt). -- Tim :wq
