Hi, Is there some way to make it so I can hear my own node's connect messages but not those from nodes I am connected to? Last night, I had my node connected to 27372, and the last time I transmitted, my node must have froze up with the transmitter keyed. I did not realize this carrier was being caused by me right away, until I happened to glance at the URI and saw it was not blinking - just s solid green light. I don't know what caused this, but I would like to find out and fix it so it does not happen again. I had a system freeze up last night. Here is a link to a screen shot of what was on the console just before I rebooted it. Guys, You really shouldn't be installing PC's at remote sites without some form of protection against random lockups. I've installed a Berkshire products USB watchdog for one of my installations 360 miles away just for this reason. Steve WA6ZFT

Looks like some kind of problem with USB and interrupts. It's hard to tell exactly what is the problem here without more information about when it happens. We have similar issues with some usb hardware at a very low level. Also, see my post about adding watchdog hardware to combat lockups. Steve WA6ZFT
