Bob, I like the scheduler in rpt.conf. I have it setup to execute a 'connect node' macro on those nodes I want to keep connected. My ISP will sometimes go down at midnight and stay down for minutes to hours. I have another node fed by microwave. Although very reliable, the route is sometimes affected by interference. This simple feature does the job for me.
