Gentlemen & Ladies,

Please postpone the FRC discussion for a few days. My inbox is getting flooded with emails and we have Hurricane Matthew headed toward Florida. Although on the west coast, we are still expecting moderate to heavy winds and rain. I have to wade through 20 to 50 emails to find the ones from our EOC/EM and our ECs.

Please take into consideration our needs now (in REAL TIME), and get back to the FRC issue AFTER the physical weather clears and our residents are safe.

Check your repeaters and make sure they're working - hopefully, we won't need ARES or RACES, but if we do, we have to be ready.

Keep the airways open and the email "airways" open for important or emergency traffic.
