from the looks of your screenshot, your receive PL is set incorrectly.
You also might be in talkaround mode on the radio. If this is the case,
the radio ignores the transmit configuration and will revert to the
setting for the RX PL when it transmits, but also transmit on the RX
freq + 0.0 MHZ (which is the RX frequency itself). I'm not familiar with
the software, but it's worth setting the other PL column to the PL of
the repeater to see what happens.
