[Allstar Digital] DV4Mini and Mototrbo (IPSC)

I would say rather then a URI, The MMDVM is going to be the way to get 
digital signals in and out of a Maxtrac.

A RPi2, DV3000 and a MMDVM. JUst add radios software and stir. ;)
