We have created a ONE WAY test master for you guys to play with your 
DMRlink configurations. No matter what you do, no matter what you 
connect with, your traffic will NOT go out on these networks. The other 
peers on this IPSC network however will hear you. The rules are simple 
and will apply going forward, "don't be a A$$"
