[Allstar Digital] DMR-DSTAR bridge

I'm flying by the seat of my pants. So please don't flame me. It looks like
you can tell the hytera repeater to output ulaw analog audio. Once that's
achieved you should be able to send it into the dstar channel driver?

I'm working hard to understand this stuff.
