[Allstar Digital] Thoughts on VoIP to DV3000

Do we really want to have a repeater to act as a gateway? We can connect 
to the IPSC network with a Linux application (DMRlink) and extract the 
AMBE for decoding by the DV3000. From there into USRP and on to Asterisk.
