[Allstar Digital] Thoughts on VoIP to DV3000

Again, MY repeater does not have the option of uLaw or PCM output without
an extra piece of hardware. I guess Hytera repeaters have this built in.
Motorola charges extra, and it is much more expensive than a DV3000.
