[Allstar Digital] New repeater on air

By the way, I just got a phone call from one of the guys that maintain the
CAPS (Civil Air Patrol) repeater. I guess they lost a power supply. They
wanted to know if it was ok to put my 146.910 over on their antenna until
their power supply was fixed. It is over 100 foot higher than I am so you
may hear some people testing on it. I unlinked it just a little bit ago at
their request so that they could test it out.
