[Allstar Digital] DMRGateway on ASL 2100

Neil,
Yes we have planned a D-Star version. It's on the very large stack of 
round to its.
The only hardware needed is a DV3000. Works on a RPi2 through a 64 bit 
Intel.

I've revised the list of Talk Groups being repeated by 2100.

BrandMeister Reflector 4639
Echo (2 way)
