[Allstar Digital] MMDVM analog

It will do it NOW. Understand what MMDVM stands for. I'm not even sure 
there is value in a single repeater that does D-Star, DMR and Fusion. 
The contention for air time will be a issue. Look at what happens on DMR 
now if too many Talk Groups are supported. BONK!, BONK!, BONK!
