[Allstar Digital] Using AllStar DTMF to steer DMRGateway

 I figured the names were arbitrary. I was mostly wondering if I was going
to have a conflict having a brandmeister connection defined in
/opt/dmrlink/bridge/drmlink.cfg and /opt/dmrlink/ambe_audio/dmrlink.cfg
