[Allstar Digital] DMRGateway Steering one way audio

I kind fooled myself into thinking it was working. I was looking at the
last heard on BM. I noticed from ASL I was not seeing myself. Although on
my DMR HT on the local repeater I was seeing myself in the last heard. I
further confirmed by using my DV4mini on 3123. I can hear BM network audio
on ASL, but getting audio from ASL to BM is not working.

My 42657 TG works both ways ASL to DMR and DMR to ASL.
