[Allstar Digital] Testing ASL ---> BM via HBlink

Thanks for the update Steve, I was wondering how things where going.

My gateway into ASL 41522 from BM 23525 has been working well apart from 
a bit of lag. It has generated quite a bit of interest in Allstar as 
word has been getting around the BM network here in the UK from DMR 
users who knew nothing about Allstar.
