[Allstar Digital] Testing ASL ---> BM via HBlink

Peter,
The lag will be fixed for both HBlink and DMRlink. We are testing now.
Right now, we are fighting the buggy BM "loop detector" (not sure how a
ASL <---> BM Gateway could be looping.
