[App_rpt] app_rpt setup and requirements.

Typo on the radio, I meant 897.

Is there a rpt.conf definition for which serial port to use? I didn't see
one noted.

Sorry for all the question, I am just trying to understand all the
capabilities of this system.
We have two repeaters working and want to add some remote bases.
