[App_rpt] Passing DTMF?

On my test node (102), I set the following:

duplex = 0 ; No duplex, no response (mostly)
propagate_dtmf = yes                    ; Propigate non-function DTMF digits
linktolink = yes

On my normal node (2001), I hit *3102 to bring up a full duplex link to
node 102. I then go into command mode for node 102, by
entering *40 (since 102 was the last addressed node). Then,
whatever touchtones I hit, like 123 comes out the transmitter
of node 102 just like it should.
