[App_rpt] installing from EVB 013

Hello Guillaume,

My Asterisk/EVB/rpt package does not support EVB 0.013 and it is not
recommended.

There is a problem with the current version of Asterisk IAX and until that
is corrected I will not update to EVB 0.013.

Please follow the directions and all will work well.
