[App_rpt] Problem tuning USB Radio Interface

I finally figured out that the PTT wire somehow had gotten moved and was
just barely touching pin 14, not sure how this affected the receive
tuning, but since I fixed that it worked fine. However, since I decided
to re-solder the wire so that it was in a better position, I broke the
pin off the chip. So as soon as I order another usb adapter or two, I'll
be up and running. Thank you for the help.
