[App_rpt] App-Rpt Patch

[Jim Duuuude]

We are currently working on a proper and elegant fix for the DTMF on
HF radio problem (its more complex then it appears). Dont worry. Dont
bother with patches, its in process to be fixed thoroughly in the next couple
of days.
