[App_rpt] chan_usbradio

I think you are missing the following lines in asterisk/channels/Makefile:

chan_usbradio.o: busy.h ringtone.h ./xpmr/xpmr.c ./xpmr/xpmr.h ./xpmr/xpmr_coef.h

chan_usbradio.so: LIBS+=-lusb -lasound


Then touch chan_usbradio.c and make install again.
