[App_rpt] app_rpt on EVB v FreePBX 2.5 update

Hi Steve,

I guess I should be more explicit in warning people to only use the
upgrade script that comes with the package!

This is a new version that uses FreePBX 2.4.1 in the works. For now
there are reasons not to try 2.5.

Take a look at http://www.xelatec.com/xipar/ for the new version later
this week.
