OK Steve..

I am sure I tried commenting out the CTCSS stuff previously but I am not 
sure that I restarted Asterisk properly afterwards.. I guess not because 
I get audio now...  I believe the XIPAR Asterisk restart is different 
than ACID and that's what I might have done wrong. I will need to look 
into that a bit further.

Thanks also for the clarification on Remote vs Simplex.
