[App_rpt-users] Node not registering

The path to wget is probably wrong.    you need to append /usr to it

statpost_program=/usr/bin/wget,-q,--timeout=15,--tries=1,--output-document=/dev/null

I've noticed this is necessary on the latest ACID release.
