If Asterisk 1.4.25 is required, then no, it won't be compatible. To upgrade our version of Asterisk to a later version
of Asterisk requires a lot of effort to port over all of our changes and test them. We aren't going to do this unless
there is some event which leaves us no choice but to do so. Skype compatibility is definitely not one of these.
