[App_rpt-users] System Enable / Disable

Hi All;

Can anyone tell me the ilink command that I need to add to rpt.conf to 
allow an app_rpt node to be enabled / disabled via a script?

What's the difference between a disabled node versus a node that's 
simply killed off (if I were to shut asterisk down)?

Can a disabled node still interpret DTMF commands to allow it to be 
re-enabled at a later time?
