[App_rpt-users] dtmf decode during phone patch up not working

On mine, it takes #0 to drop the dial tone (just # will not do it.  I think
this is the default behavior).

Of course, thanks to this:

0=autopatchdn			; Autopatch down

*0 will also bring down the patch - have you tried that??
