[App_rpt-users] Linked nodes keep disconnecting

If its frequency of occurrence is that low, it won't be easy to track down.
Given that restarting Asterisk doesn't resolve the problem, this could be an
issue with the USB hardware or its driver. You have to spend some time examining
the system while it's in the failed state. Look at log files and /proc files and see if something is unusual.

I suppose you could also add a cron job to reboot the system weekly and see if the problem disappears,
but that just masks the problem.
