[App_rpt-users] node audio problems.

I am having trouble getting a system running and I need any help I can get.

I just installed replaced a cat 700b controller with a URI with eeprom and 
app_rpt on a dell power edge 1750. I went through the audio calibration and 
all seemed fine. Did the radio tune save.  Repeater sounds great (PL on 
output and everything). I left the site and get home change some ids in the 
rpt.conf file restart asterisk and all of the audio levels on transmit are 
way off. TX pl no longer decodes voices are very loud etc.

I do a radio tune and see the numbers I entered are there. I do  a radio 
tune load and it loads the data from the eeprom, still bad.

I reenter the exact same levels using radio tune txvoice and txtone and it's 
back to normal again. I do a radio tune save to be sure. All is well until 
asterisk restarts and back to the beginning.

I have tried 2 different URIs, same result.  I have tried both the 
production and SVN versions of asterisk, same result. New USB cable, same 
result. I removed the original configs and copied the default configs from 
the config directory and ran nodesetup.sh, same result.

HELP!!! any ideas?
