I know I have seen this question before, but I cannot find it in the
archives. Is there a way to turn off all the connect/disconnect messages?
Just leaving the double beep would be enough for our network.

Also, has anyone done any recording (produce a wav or mp3 file ) of the
traffic through a node?
We have a slight problem here on one of our nodes, and I would like to have
an audio file to hand to the FCC.
