[App_rpt-users] Nothing happens when I try to connect EchoLink

Hi all,

I recently rebuilt my node (2132) with the latest ACID.

The AllStar side works pretty well. However, the EchoLink side
works 50%.  I mean that an inbound EchoLink call connects OK, but
the other way around, outbound, does not work.  When I hit
"*33009999" for example, nothing happens and the node keeps
silent.  The same with other EL node numbers.  I think
echolink.conf is set correctly.

Could anyone tell me what I should look into?
