There is no recovery procedure, although it is a good idea to back up the /etc/asterisk directory
often if you are not having the portal download the configuration (i.e. register-only mode).
This error has nothing to do with ACID itself. Your hard disk is getting an I/O error and that
is probably because of a bad sector on the disk.
You should replace the hard disk and install from scratch.
