[App_rpt-users] Discontinuance of IRLP support

for me,

that is one of the reasons for not playing in his (daves) sandbox.
i can understand his reasons and respect that.

but at the time in the past, Allstar was not yet for prime time, as it is now.

i just don't like his (daves)  over all attitude on things though.

our asterisk system is better and is very flexible.
the ILRP, well lets say, it is a very good mousetrap  & now, it is not
very flexible.

echolink well, it has it's own host of issues and such.
that is why i only allow, certain control op or -rpt only connects
due to the wide and varied audio that comes from the echolink network.

allstar audio is very good and well done, and we have control of our stuff.

every one i meet on the allstar network  is very nice and helpful.

that is all i have to say on this subject....

there is no need to flame/bash dave or his network.

his room, his rules.....
