[App_rpt-users] Phone control mode

For phone control mode, I see that cop,6 will key the transmitter, but how
do I unkey? I don't see a cop command for that in app_rpt.c and it's likely
(actually, very highly likely!) that I am not understanding how this is
supposed work.

I want full control of the system, so phone control mode is ideal, but I
like the simplicity of Simplex Dumb Phone Control Mode (* to key us up, # to
key down)

Is there a way to mimic this behavior with phone control mode?
