[App_rpt-users] Custom directory disappeared!

Well considering that I am "new" to app_rpt/asterisk and it's been a long
while since dabbling with linux I can't discount user error.
I too would try to duplicate and retrace the steps I took to update but
considering I have everything working again I much rather leave well enough
alone. Thanks for trying though.

I have attempted to duplicate this problem. I can not.
My /etc/asterisk/custom directory just stays there... very nicely.
Are you using the nodesetup.sh script to do this or something else??

Lost mine also the other day after updating. I followed the instruction on
the All Star Support page.
After updating, the green light on the URI became steady. Asterisk
re-started but I couldn't do any controlling or linking. I wasn't even registering
on the All Star Node List.
It wasn't till I downloaded my configuration from All Star did everything
start working. Unfortunately I somehow lost the custom directory and the
rpt.conf that was in it.

Hi,
I just logged into my node computer to grab a copy of my custom
directory, and discovered it was GONE. What happened? I changed and
downloaded my node configuration from the website earlier, but as far as I
know
the custom directory should not disappear like this.
