[App_rpt-users] Echolink Database Downloading Partial Updates, Can't connect for over 30 Minutes.

I started testing Echolink capability this morning, it wasn't for about two
weeks and I don't know why. It would keep timing out when trying to connect
to my node, but outbound connections from the node were working. Now its
working.....

Ok, Echolink via iPod with proxy settings. I sat here for over 30 minutes
trying to connect and kept getting "UN-AUTHORIZED". I know the repeater
downloads the database every 5 minutes but it looks like only partials. Here
is my output:

My Question is, Is there any way to change how often it performs a Full
download instead of a partial. I understand the security of waiting for a
call to be in the databases, but this timing is ridiculous.
