[App_rpt-users] chan_usbradio.c dependencies?

Despite the fact that we really dont support "roll your own" implementations
(in other words, if you "roll your own" youre "on your own"), the best thing
I can say is look at the phase1.sh and phase2.sh setup scripts in the
trunk of the ACID svn. They are the scripts that run after the main Centos
install (first and second reboots). Try best to mimic what they do, particularly
in what packages they install.
