[App_rpt-users] GUI on server

There is a version of Asterisk with app_rpt called XIPAR that has a
GUI and web interface.
I have tried this, but found it to be bloated and unnecessary.
It is also incompatible with the Allstarlink configuration and
download function(s).

In my opinion, stick with the CenTos version. All you need is PuTTY,
and WinSCP for handling all editing and files tasks rather than a GUI.
A command line setup uses much less processor/system/memory overhead.
