[App_rpt-users] Node link on non-standard port

Got two nodes. Originally setup using standard port 4569.  Changed ports to
4568 1) to see how it was done & 2) to separate the asterisk machines and
set up home phone system (again).

Ports changed and connects to Allstar OK. iaxRPT works by adding port to IP
address.  So far no problem.

N0MIJ tries to connect via his Allstar node (also on non-standard port 4568)
and he says the CLI show it trying to connect via the 4569 port.
Q: have we missed something in changing ports? If so where and what?
Q: the file which Allstar update: 1) can it be forced to update w/o
restarting node? 2) are ports given in the updated file? 3) what file is it?
so we can check/verify.
