[App_rpt-users] Asterisk G7 Codec issue

A couple of things:

alsaradio is not a supported interface, and it NEVER will be because it encourages
people to use RANDOM UNREALIABLE INCONSISTENT BAD POOR SOUNDING and otherwise UNACCEPTIBLE
devices, such as the built-in soundcards found on most PC devices.

Use of this type of device does NOT provide an acceptable level of quality, and, in fact,
does not even qualify as minimum technical requirements for participation on the Allstar
Link Network.

If you want to implement such a thing on your own private network, that's your business.
However, I have no intention of providing or facilitating any sort of encouragement for you to do so.

If your or anyone else's opinion differs from this, that your right, but Im not even interested in
hearing about it, and will not tolerate any 'whining' regarding this on this list. I'm not being
a jerk, I am simply ensuring a maximally high-quality experience for all Allstar users,
and this is an area in which there will be no compromising. 

That being said, the problem with your compile seems to be in the 'editline' package
that is distributed with Asterisk. You may just have to start all over, but you might try
to go into the 'editline directory' and 'make clean' and './configure', then go to the 
top of the Asterisk source tree and 'make install' again. I dont know if this will help,
but its worth a try.

I was trying to install alsaradio.  Is this fixable or do I just need to start over?  I am running tlb to asterisk and g7 codec sound bad here.
